We are looking for a highly motivated, solution-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a leading security service provider, we offer 24/7 protection and surveillance solutions to our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients feel supported, secure, and satisfied with our services. You will be the front line of communication, handling technical and non-technical inquiries regarding our security systems, alarms, and patrol services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Exceptional Telephonic Communication (English)

  • Fluent and Articulate: Must possess native or near-native fluency in English, delivering information clearly, calmly, and authoritatively, even during high-stress security incidents.
  • Professional Tone and Demeanor: Maintain a consistently calm, empathetic, and highly professional speaking manner, ensuring clients feel confident and reassured in the service being provided.
  • Active Listening: Demonstrate superior active listening skills to quickly and accurately comprehend complex technical issues or urgent security situations reported by clients.
  • Clarity and Conciseness: Communicate complex troubleshooting instructions or security protocols with absolute clarity, avoiding jargon where possible, and ensuring the client understands the required action immediately.
  • Accent Neutrality: Speak with a neutral, easy-to-understand accent that facilitates clear communication with a diverse international and domestic client base.
  • Multi-Channel Support: Handle customer requests and inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Initial Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze and troubleshoot basic issues related to alarm systems, CCTV cameras, access control, and client mobile applications. Provide step-by-step guidance to clients to resolve minor issues.
  • Service Coordination: Act as the liaison between the customer and the field technician team or the patrol response team. Schedule technician visits for system repairs or maintenance.
  • Account Management: Update customer account information, modify emergency contact protocols, and manage security service subscription packages.
  • Alarm Handling: Follow up and verify alarm signals received from client monitoring systems, adhering to established emergency response procedures (e.g., contacting emergency contacts or dispatching patrol units).
  • Customer Education: Provide clear and accurate information regarding the use of new security products and service features to clients.
  • Documentation: Record every interaction, issue, and resolution in detail and accurately within the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment, preferably within a technical, security, or telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work on a shift basis (including nights, weekends, and holidays) as our security services operate 24/7.
  • Basic familiarity with security technology (CCTV, alarm systems, motion sensors) or a strong willingness to learn technical terminology.
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and remain calm when dealing with emergency situations or agitated customers.
  • Proficient in computer use and familiar with ticketing or CRM software.
  • Possesses high integrity and an understanding of the importance of customer data confidentiality and security procedures.
