Overview

Customer Service – Thailand Speaker

Note: Placement: Yogyakarta, Indonesia; Department: Customer Experience / Operations; Reporting to: Customer Service Supervisor / Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from Thai customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Follow up on customer cases until resolution is achieved.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, logistics, billing) to resolve customer issues.
• Record and update customer interaction data in the CRM system.
• Maintain service quality standards in line with established KPIs.
• Provide feedback to the team regarding recurring issues or trends from Thai customers.
• Participate in customer service training and skill development programs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Thai (spoken and written) or equivalent proficiency.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written will be tested during the recruitment process).
• Good communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably handling the Thai market).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
• Positive attitude, high empathy, and solution-oriented mindset.

Working Hours

Shifting schedule (based on operational needs), including possible work on weekends or public holidays.
