PT. JALAK KARGO LOGISTIK YOGYAKARTA sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Penuh waktu Customer Service Staff di Bangunharjo, Jogja. Lamar sekarang untuk menjadi bagian dari tim kami.
Kualifikasi pekerjaan:Job Responsibilities :
1. Managing customer inquiries, coordinating and handling airfreight and ocean freight shipments from end to end.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding the inquiries and shipment.
3. Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, proactively communicating with customers about any delays or changes.
4. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to airfreight and ocean freight shipment.
5. Work closely with the teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
6. Assist in development of operational improvements to enhance service delivery.
7. Other responsibilites as needed.
Requirement :
1. Education : Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
2. Have problem solving skill
3. Have good teamwork
4. At Least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Logistic/Forwarding/Express Company)
5. Experience in handling export - import clients
6. The ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
7. Computer and software excellent PC skill with emphasis on presentation and modelling (word, Power Point, Excel)
8. Good English communication skill
9. Good time management and ability to manager work priorities
10. Able to solve immediate problem and fast response
11. Have a reference customer for logistic industry
