You are an ideal candidate if you:
have a strong command of the English language (both written and oral).
are a result-oriented team player with highly developed communication and problem-solving skills.
are tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Workstation).
have background in Customer Service or Sales: at least 1 year.
Responsibilities:
Support Maxim users in resolving order related issues, while handling their feedback and requests via live chat, outbound calls.
Conduct outdoor promo activities, affiliate marketing.
Monitor the service rules violations.
Present users with an offer of new conditions and promotions.
Communicate with Maxim riders, assist with online registration.

Stable remuneration (net) / month + salary increase on a permanent basis, which depends on the growth of the branch's indicators and your personal performance.
On-site work from a well equipped office in Cilegon (5-day working week, 9am-6pm).
