Customer Service Officer (Korean Speaker)
Work Location: Office-based (WFO) in Manado, North SulawesiWorking Hours: 6-day work, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications
Proficiency in Korean (English proficiency is an advantage)
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and excellent communication skills
Service-oriented mindset
Relevant work experience is preferred
Valid passport holder is an advantage (useful for overseas travel or international tasks)
Ability to provide simple interpretation for Korean visitors (formal certification not required, but conversational fluency is necessary)
Willingness to support scuba diving-related activities when assisting Korean travelers
Job Description
Assist in supporting the operations of a diving shop located in downtown Manado
Welcome and assist visiting clients (including Korean travelers)
Respond to inquiries via phone and email
Manage reservations, registrations, and provide administrative support
Maintain basic documentation and reporting
Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
Manage CEO's schedule and provide reporting support
Prepare meetings and assist with interpretation
Handle internal and external communications
Perform administrative tasks as directed by the CEO
