About the roleWe are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service professional to join our team at PT Concentrix Services Indonesia in Surakarta, Central Java. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with only two shifts schedule.

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via Live chat in a timely and professional manner

2. Providing accurate information and effective resolutions to customer issues

3. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring accurate documentation

5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience

6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum education Diploma 3 or above;

2. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;

3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities;

5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications;

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;

7. Wiling to work in a night shift;
