Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for some remote work, for a Chat Support role.Chat Support will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as:
Provide support through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) to assist customers with inquiries and issues related to POS software usage
Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and policies.
Assist customers with order tracking, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Escalate complex cases to the relevant department while ensuring proper follow-up.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented responses
Document interactions and feedback to support continuous service improvement
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field (Information Technology, Management, or other relevant disciplines).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support or customer service, preferably in a technology company or POS system industry.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Basic understanding of hardware and software technology, especially POS systems.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, will be an advantage.
