We're looking for a Customer Relation Executive for savory ingredients products, to build stronger customer relationships to help us expanding our market presence, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the food ingredients sector and a strong track record of successful business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach target markets and achieve sales goals
Lead and drive the strategic business development plan to achieve new product development and market share expansion in the food ingredients sector
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure profitable deals
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry professionals
Understanding the properties, uses, and benefits of different food ingredients to effectively communicate with customers
Partner with internal customers / stakeholders to ensure strategies align to overall business objectives
Staying up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategy
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree, any related major
Minimum 2 Years of working experience as B2B Sales and Marketing for Ingredients Product
Demonstrate strong understanding of the food ingredients industry, including trends, competitors, and customer preference
Proficiency in sales techniques, prospecting, closing deals, and managing client relationships.
Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate and engage at all levels within the organization
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Have the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts with clients
Able to address client concerns and find solutions to meet their needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
