Customer Experience
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and analyze customer experiences across various online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
- Conduct research to identify and segment customer profiles.
- Proactively address customer needs to ensure positive experiences.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring smooth communication and ongoing support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Proactively work to prevent account terminations by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
- Maintain and update the existing customer database.
- Conduct surveys to collect feedback from customers and develop actionable plans based on results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements based on customer insights.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer experience or related roles.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in handling customer communication through multiple platforms.
- Ability to effectively connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer service.
- Having a valid driver's license (SIM A & SIM C).
- Experience in the ISP, telecommunications, and IT industries is an advantage.
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
