Job description & requirements

Job Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring, maintaining, and creating content for all communication channel (email, push notification, inbox promo, whatsapp, etc)
  • Defining the right audience and segmentation for every communication Implement lifecycle automation program through CRM tools
  • Plan and update the campaign communications calendar
  • Ensuring that every campaign and promo is published and delivered
  • Creating strategy for customer acquisition and retention

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Communication, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of CRM experience, preferably within e-commerce industry
  • Good knowledge of basic HTML & CRM tools will be an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with a strict deadline
  • Have a good communication skill
  • Strong desire to learn something new and think outside the box
