We’re looking for a Customer Care Officer who enjoys helping people and solving problems. In this role, you’ll support customers in complaint handling process. You’ll make sure they get clear answers and fast solutions when something doesn’t work right, such as broken products, missing parts, returns, or refund cases. You’ll help us keep improving the customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle customer complaints related to product issues (e.g., damages, missing or broken items) while minimizing their impact on sales orders.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries—across all communication channels—are responded to within the agreed SLA and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments or external partners to resolve issues promptly, keeping customers informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Manage the Customer Care Channel by professionally responding to all customer inquiries (complaints, concerns, or difficulties), providing accurate information, effective support, and appropriate solutions.
  • Track, classify, and prioritize customer complaints, and report findings to the supervisor on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Make sure every customer gets the right solution and feels satisfied with the support.
  • Regularly review and improve customer service processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in complaint management role such as customer care/service.
  • Must have 1 year of experience in B2B distribution/retail. Experience in automotive spare parts company is preferred.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work well in a team and stay calm under pressure.
  • Good in English (conversational & written), able to do presentation in English.
  • Customer oriented and organized individual
  • Willing for contract-basis position, minimum 3 months
