Job Description:
Report to Design manager / BIM manager and undertake the responsibilities regarding design coordination aspects of CSA (Civil, Structure, and Architecture) BIM of a construction project.
To ensure completeness and accuracy of CSA BIM models for As Built BIM submission in a construction project according to project BIM requirement.
To coordinate with MEP BIM team to resolve all clashes issue between CSA & MEP BIM models.
To coordinate all CSA BIM model issue with CSA Subcontractors throughout the entire project cycle.
To provide project members with accurate coordinated BIM generated drawings for Shop Drawing Production & actual site implementation.
To develop project library with correct and sufficient families required for the project.
To lead BIM progress weekly meetings with client and other relevant project stakeholders.
To present and monitor weekly clash report progress to relevant project stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Has minimum bachelor degree from Architecture / Civil Engineering.
Has 2-5 years of experience as a BIM modeler.
Has the experience to work in construction project that require multi-discipline BIM design coordination across MEP & CSA work.
Has experience as a BIM coordinator is an advantage.
Has experience with BIM coordination in a data center project is an advantage.
Fluent English both Oral and Written is a must.
Has good communication skill to lead the CSA BIM coordination activity with other project stakeholders.
Proficient with AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, Autodesk BIM 360 and Navisworks Manage.
Has the ability to create REVIT parametric BIM families (CSA) and pass the knowledge to BIM operators.
Has the ability to create clash reports (manual & automatic clash reports).
Has the ability to create BIM Progress dash boards with Power BI will be an advantage.
Has basic construction/engineering technical knowledge to support design coordination activities in a construction project will be an advantage.
Willing to be placed in Karawang area.
