We  are  a  company engaged  in  the  operation  of  gas  regasification  facilities (processing, storing, and  vaporizing LNG into gas and  supplying it to power plants) located in Nias.

We Are Hiring For CRYOGENIC MECHANICAL

A cryogenic mechanical job description typically involves working with equipment that handles liquefied natural gas (LNG) at extremely low temperatures. This includes tasks like operating and maintaining cryogenic equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safe and efficient operation of the plant. The role may also involve working with gas processing systems and other related equipment. 

Core Responsibilities:

1.      Maintaining Cryogenic Equipment:

This includes cryogenic pumps, air ambient vaporizer, LNG ISO Tank, storage tanks, valves, and associated piping systems. Tasks may involve inspecting, maintaining, and repairing these components to ensure optimal performance and safety. 

2.      Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to cryogenic equipment and processes. 

3.      Ensuring Safety:

Adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures, including those related to hazardous materials and working in confined spaces. This also involves identifying and mitigating potential hazards. 

4.      Following Procedures:

Strictly adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintenance schedules. 

5.      Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and any incidents that occur. 

6.      Working with Process Systems:

Understanding and working with the overall gas processing and liquefaction processes within the LNG plant. 

7.      Collaboration and Communication:

Effectively communicating with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and supervisors. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cryogenic principles, equipment, and processes. 

• Safety Awareness: A strong commitment to safety and the ability to work safely in hazardous environments. 

• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively. 

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members. 

• Experience: Experience with LNG plants or other cryogenic facilities is often preferred. 

In essence, a cryogenic mechanical LNG plant role involves a combination of technical expertise, hands-on skills, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. 

Qualification ;

• Diploma or Degree Mechanical

• Certificate of Competence for Cryogenic Technician from BNSP

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with cryogenic ISO tanks,  or related equipment 

• Strong knowledge of cryogenic storage and transfer systems, including the handling of liquefied gases and pressure components.
