About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Creative & Markom Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia in Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our brand strategy, driving innovative marketing campaigns, and ensuring the consistent representation of our brand across all touchpoints.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and deliver impactful marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and drive business growth
• Developing creative content, including visual assets, copywriting, and multimedia, that resonates with our target audience
• Managing the implementation and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and on-time delivery
• Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, using insights to optimise future strategies
• Maintaining brand consistency and guidelines across all marketing materials and channels
• Identifying new trends, opportunities, and strategies to enhance our brand presence and engagement
• Supporting the broader marketing and communications team in various projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar brand management or marketing role, preferably within the F&B or consumer goods industry
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging
• Proficiency in using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and digital marketing tools
• Keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset to ensure brand consistency and alignment
• Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders
