Jobdesc

1.      Budgeting & Cost Planning

·        Prepare and review production cost budgets in coordination with the Finance and Production departments.

·        Establish cost standards (material, labor, overhead) based on production targets and past data.

·        Support management in preparing forecasts and budget revisions.

2.      Cost Monitoring & Analysis

·        Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production costs (materials, utilities, labor, maintenance, etc.).

·        Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs and identify the root causes.

·        Provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency and resource utilization.

3.      Production Cost Reporting

·        Prepare cost reports, margin analyses, and variance summaries for management.

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost data for all products and production lines.

·        Support monthly and yearly closing processes by verifying cost data and inventory valuation.

4.      Inventory & Material Control

·        Monitor raw material usage and waste levels to ensure accuracy between system and actual stock.

·        Collaborate with the warehouse and procurement teams to control stock movement and minimize material losses.

·        Validate bill of materials (BOM) and ensure consistency with actual production data.

5.      Process Improvement & Audit

·        Support internal and external audits related to cost control and production expenses.

·        Develop tools or systems to enhance cost tracking accuracy and automation.

·        Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production and operational costs.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cost control or cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM, and production flow.

• Excellent reporting and communication skills.

• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
