Description

As Corporate Strategy Manager, you will lead the development, execution, and alignment of corporate strategy across all divisions. You will facilitate quarterly performance reviews, manage strategic initiatives, and ensure the integration of strategic imperatives into operational planning. This role includes overseeing the Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard processes, aligning strategy with budgeting and resource planning, and acting as an internal consultant to various business units. You will also coach internal teams, drive digital innovation, and ensure compliance with legal and operational standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and executing the corporate strategy management framework.
• Cascading strategic plans across divisions and aligning with financial, HR, and IT planning.
• Leading strategic reviews and proposing performance improvements.
• Managing strategic KPIs and ensuring data reliability and auditability.
• Coaching and mentoring internal teams on strategy execution.
• Driving digital transformation initiatives and innovation.
• Overseeing risk management and compliance.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management.
• 5-8 years of experience in heavy equipment or project management.
• Strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
• Certified in black belt or Business Coaching Practices.
• Proficient in Balanced Scorecard methodology and performance management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Business English and MS Office.
