About the role

Sahid Hotel & Resorts is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Central Jakarta. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales and building strong relationships with key corporate clients. Leveraging your exceptional account management skills, you will be instrumental in expanding our client portfolio and ensuring the long-term success of our hotel group.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets

• Manage and nurture existing client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across key market segments

• Collaborate closely with the broader sales and marketing team to align on brand positioning and promotional activities

• Provide regular performance reports and analytics to senior management

• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in corporate sales, preferably within the hospitality industry

• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in using sales-related software and CRM tools

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
