Responsibilities
- Draft, Review, and Negotiatie various commercial and technology-related agreements (e.g. publishing agreements, co-development agreements, IP Licensing, partnership agreements).
- Provide legal advice on corporate actions, investments, mergers, and potential joint venture.
- Support legal due diligence and documentation in fundraising or M&A activities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations (both domestic and international).
- Liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and business partners as needed.
- Provide proactive legal risk management and strategic input on key business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university; a Master's degree or international qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate legal role, preferably in a tech, digital, or creative industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts, IP law, and regulatory frameworks relevant to digital content and software.
- Excellent drafting skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tech ecosystems is a strong advantage.
- Passion or understanding of video games and digital entertainment is a plus.
