About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Corporate Business Development professional to join our growing team at PT Higo Fitur Indonesia, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions. In this full-time role based in West Jakarta, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities that align with our strategic priorities and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

What you'll be doing (Job Description)

1. Find and approach new potential partnership, collaboration, or opportunity through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, direct sales, and digital marketing

2. Build relationship and networking

3. Market research and survey collaborate with Tech Team and Creative (depending on the project)

4. Analyze and decide the business or strategy

5. Develop the solution

6. Create and compile business proposal and business projection collaborate with creative team

7. Deal and negotiate with partners about the contract agreement

8. Handle document of NDA, agreement, etc, collaborate with legal team

9. Manage material and technical administration before airing the partnership or project, collaborate with network and IT team

10. Monitor the project

11. Evaluate the partnership or the collaboration

12. Handling report, collaborate with data team

13. Handle issue and discover the solution, collaborate with relationship team and IT team

What we're looking for (Requirement)

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

2. Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar corporate business development or sales role, preferably within the technology industry (prefer ISP, Telco, Startup)

3. Good Communications, Good Analytical thinking, Good Understanding

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and position our solutions

5. Strong analytic, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions

6. High spirited

7. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver the best results
