Position Overview
To develop relationships and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the company receives the best rates and services, and to constantly build good working relations with potential business partners.
Responsibilities:
Analyze contents of contracts & input main information into server for reference.
Update everyday of new offers/promotions or any amendments based on the signed contracts.
Ensure information input accurately into system and meet the deadline of requests.
Follow up countersigning contract process from both sides (hotel/restaurant and company) for official agreement. Store papers/contracts into right place for further check.
Develop and update the suppliers' database/contact information for the company.
Inform all concerned departments if there is any change in service costs, hotel renovations, room upgrades, and special promotion.
Cross check within the team to ensure the uploaded database/information/rates are accurate.
Assist in the creation of hotel's presentations for Sales or agents when necessary.
Perform other tasks as required by Manager.
Work Relations
Work with internal & external EXO's business network
Liaise with Accounting/Operation/Sales departments/Tourplan/Product
Maintain good working relations with suppliers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Tourism or related filed.
1-2 years of experience in tourism industry.
Good command of English, other foreign language is a plus.
Be accurate, detail oriented and responsible for work.
Strong team work & voluntarily help your departmental co-workers.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
Sales & Marketing skills and ability to work under pressure with a time limit.
Ability to take decisions and solve problems on your own.
Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
