About the Role
We are seeking an organized, experienced Contract Management Administrative staff to join our growing team. In this position, you will prepare business agreement and maintain our vehicle legal documents including insurance coverage for the vehicle. You also establish relationships and serve as a representative of the company with vendor.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, prepare contract agreement, coverage insurance etc
Organize and update database of customer, contract agreement, premium insurance and vehicle legal document
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Preparing documents & reports for meetings
Support other team with administrative tasks
Work with team members, supervisors, and corporate manager to develop future administration plans
Collaborate with financial team members on insurance premium invoice, and other financial matters
Requirements and Qualifications
D3/S1 degree from all majors
Male/Female applicants must be no older than 25 years old by the year 2025
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
1 - 2 years previous experience as administration staff or related position but Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Understand English
