Qualification: 

1. Bachelor all majors

2. Have Experience related in short video content, have experience in starting the account video from 0-1 (prefer Tik Tok Content Operational or Creator Experience)

3. Have strong communication skill, can speak English fluently.

4. Independently create scenario, shooting, editing, proficient in video post production software, include but not limited to Pr, Ae, FCPX, Video Cutting etc.

5. Have Video sensitivity, familiar with the editing and proficient in video splicing, transcoding, special effect, subtitle, understand how maintain the followers and interaction strategies, understand rules to increase the followers, and understand the habit of overseas customer.

6. Excellent research, excel, organizational, analytical & time management skills.

7. The capacity to work independently and collaboratively with the team/cross department

8. Preferably a mother-related product

9. Placement at Head Office (Pulo Gadung & Cilandak)

Job Desc:

• Main Responsible for creating Tiktok content from video shooting, editing and posting; becoming the talent too. Do daily Account maintenance and update.

• Conduct data tracking on the responsible account, analyze the quality and optimizing the operating system and the content.

• Independently complete the short video content planning, editing, copy writing adaptation, and publish to the popular video that can increase the conversation rate also with other KPI metric

• Find out market hot trend on time and short video style, study and analyze platform policy and changed, find method to increase the traffic, increase the account awareness, promote account conversation rate.

• Responsible for Tik Tok influencer marketing/buzzer & affiliator, to cooperate with the best influencer/buzzer/affiliator that can bring conversation rate.

• Flexible role's as host or streamer for some account priority development
