Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in content creation, social media or videographer & editor.

• Prior experience in the beauty industry is a strong plus.

• Proven ability to create engaging content through strong storytelling, creative concepts, and audience-focused execution

• Excellent writing ability to develop engaging captions, scripts, and descriptive content tailored to various platforms

• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.

• Skilled in using DSLR or mirrorless cameras for photography and videography.

• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut)

• Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and others.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Can join as soon as possible

• Develop creative ideas and concepts that align with the brand, business objectives, and target audience.

• Create visual, written, and video content for various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and others.

• Plan and organize weekly or monthly content calendars to ensure consistent posting.

• Analyze the latest trends on social media, within the industry, and from popular content to gather inspiration.

• Conduct audience research to ensure content is relevant and appealing to the target market.

• Analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Analytics).

• Operate and optimize video recording tools (including smartphones) for social media content production.

• Proficient in basic editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or other relevant editing applications.
