Consultant Cloud

Requirements:

1. Minimum education SMK / D3 / S1

2. At least 1-year experience in operating linux system administration

3. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systemsBasic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

4. Having experience working with container and orchestration technologies (Docker, LXD, Kubernetes, OpenShift/OKD)

5. Having experience working with virtualization technology (KVM, LXD, Proxmox, VMware)

6. Having the ability to create monitoring, logging and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alert Manager, ELK)

7. Having the ability to manage public / private cloud like OpenStack, Microcloud, GCP, AWS

8. Proficient in scripting languages like bash, python, ansible or other option for automation and efficiency

9. Exceptional analytical skills with an aptitude for logical reasoning

10. Have a passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions

11. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

12. Fluent in English, good communication skills

13. Familiarity with Open Source Software will be advantageous

Responsibility:

1. Manage, monitor, handling Openstack cloud platform and similar product

2. Create efficient way to manage Openstack cloud platform with amazing monitoring & alerting tools

3. Analyzing and troubleshooting issues found in cloud platform

4. Support for change requests in the customer cloud platform. Including reporting, provide RCA evidence , documentation, and standby monitoring

5. Support for Onsite Resident Engineer on i3 Customer Site

6. Provide server and system operation support, problem isolation, and troubleshooting for incidents

7. Proactively maintain OpenStack infrastructure technology for backend services
