Qualification :

• Must Having Bachelor Degree Majoring in Civil Engineering 

• Has Min. 5 Years Experience as Project Manager in Construction of complex project

• Has strong knowledge in construction concept and methodology 

• Good knowledge of discipline engineering design criteria, methods, & workflows from conceptual phase- up to mechanical completion and supporting requirements during commissioning stage.

• Has strong understanding of Civil / Structural construction including but not limited to roads, culverts, foundations, buildings and structures

• Has strong technical construction experience with project management skill (building construction planning and execution).

• Able to prepare project management reports periodically.

• Strong leadership and communication skill.

• High level of communication skill (both verbal and written) to interface with local representatives, government departments, vendors. contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders 

• Familiarity with construction/project management software.

• Able to operate Microsoft Office.

• Willing to work at Jalan Pantai Nyanyi, Kediri, Tabanan, Bali

Job Description:

• Overseeing all offsite & onsite constructions to monitor and ensure compliance with contracts, approved specifications/drawings/documents, schedule & safety regulations.

• Leads and ensure all technical works are properly guided (manpower, equipment, materials and tools required) to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity until the completion of the project.

• Ensure that all activities within the designated areas are well planned, coordinated and be able to utilize all available resources in coordination with other functional lines in directing and supervising all involved site personnel and contractors.

• Carry out project monitoring and report on site work progress

• Managing and oversee the entire construction process, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

• Review construction plans and create a competitive schedule for the project.

• Ensure that all the needed materials, workers, and equipment are ready to work.

• Pay close attention that all job sites are in compliance with safety rules and regulations.

• Coordinate with contractors and construction workers to ensure that the construction tasks are completed on time and in the necessary order.

• Track inventory. 

• Prepare and manage all reports needed for the completion of a project.

• Ensure that correct and safe construction practices are being used during construction.
