We are looking for a Community Development Creative to join our growing team at Vasanta Group, a leading property development company in Indonesia. Based in Sawangan, Depok, this full-time role offers a unique opportunity to blend community engagement with creative design thinking. You will play a key role in planning and executing impactful community programs while also applying your creative skills to strengthen our visual communication and public presence.

• Conduct community needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and public forums

• Plan and implement community development programs and events

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local governments, agencies, nonprofits, and community groups

• Facilitate community meetings and workshops to gather input and share program updates

• Monitor and evaluate the success and impact of community initiatives

• Support the design and development of visual materials for events, campaigns, and community outreach

• Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms to increase community engagement

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellent graphic design skills

• Prior experience in organizing and executing corporate or community events

• Strong budgeting and event planning skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Creative, innovative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into visual and practical output

• Experience in managing social media channels
