• Client

Order Calculation & Factory Negotiations: Prepare accurate calculations and quotations for client orders. Conduct negotiations with factories regarding pricing, timelines, and specifications to secure optimal offers.

• End-to-End Project Management & Production Control: Oversee projects from

inception to final delivery. Coordinate with the Site Manager (runners) to monitor and control production, including reviewing weekly reports.

• Quality Control & Delivery Logistics: Organize and manage factory checks,

including pre-shipment quality control (QC). Arrange and manage the logistics of delivery from the factory to the client's location.

• Client Communication & Dispute Resolution: Act as the primary point of

contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions. Handle and resolve disputes related to products.

• Post-Sales & Warranty Support: Provide comprehensive post-sales service and

warranty support to clients. REQUIREMENT

• English is a must
• Min. bachelor's degree (S1) in any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing B2B orders, preferably in the

furniture or related manufacturing industry

• Proven experience in account management or project management, preferably

within the furniture manufacturing or related industries.

• Proficient in Google Workspace
• A good understanding of business.
• Problem-solving skills and initiative
• English language proficiency of at least B2+ for professional client

communication.

• Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
• A systematic approach to managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in logistics coordination and understanding of supply chain

processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on defect resolution and

post-sales support.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., Site Managers)

and external partners (e.g., factories)

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple

priorities simultaneously. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
