About the role

Join the dynamic team at PT ANUGERAH GLOBAL SOLUSINDO' as a Client Relation Officer - Mandarin. In this full-time position based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for providing excellent client support and relationship management, utilising your strong Mandarin language skills to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

What you'll be doing

1. Serving as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
2. Maintaining open communication with clients, proactively following up on outstanding issues and ensuring their needs are met
3. Assisting with the onboarding of new clients, providing training and support as needed
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client requests and escalate issues when necessary
5. Gathering and analysing client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall client experience
6. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and documenting all communications

What we're looking for

1. Excellent Mandarin language proficiency, both verbal and written
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law, Management, Accounting & Tax, Business Administration, or Marketing.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
5. Proficient in the use of office software, such as Microsoft Office suite & Google Workspace
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
