Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring civil projects.
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:• Coordinate, monitor and inspect civil work of construction.• Review contract documents, architectural drawings and civil engineering specifications in order to maintain familiarity with assigned projects.• Conduct on-site observation and spot-checks of work in progress.• Ensure contract compliance by the contractor, such as conducting tests specified in contract and installing materials/equipment as specified in contract, and report deficiencies to project manager, architect and contractor.• Provide reports on all on-site matters, including third-party inspections, progress, safety concerns, and causes for delay.• Maintain job-site files, documents, reports and daily log; prepare periodic reports.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:• A basic school certificate.• Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.• Willing to relocate to the job location.
