The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the chemical sector, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities.

This role requires a deep understanding of chemical products and the market especially in Indonesia and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.   Requirement:  

• Minimum bachelor's degree in chemistry/chemical engineering.
• 5-7 years in sales for chemical industry.
• Has experience in managing chemical distributor company.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance against targets.
• Provide technical support and product training to customers and sales staff.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote the company and its products.
