Operating under the Business Strategy and Partnership Team, this function identifies and develops strategic partnerships for cell therapy products and collaborative clinical research.

• Blood Collection for NK Cell Therapy
  Perform high‑volume blood withdrawal with precision and professionalism, ensuring minimal discomfort for patients.
• Cell Handling Training and Pre‑Administration Support
  Provide comprehensive training on proper cell product handling, assembly, and preparation protocols, with hands‑on support during the pre‑treatment phase.
• Treatment Administration and Clinical Coordination
  Coordinate stem cell therapy administration per approved protocols, manage scheduling, logistics, and on‑site assistance.
• Clinical Data Collection and Pharmacovigilance Liaison
  Collect and manage clinical data, ensure timely communication with the Pharmacovigilance team regarding adverse events, and support post‑treatment monitoring.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Nursing or Clinical Research Management; valid nursing license required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical or hospital experience in high‑volume blood withdrawal procedures.
• Prior experience in clinical research data management, safety and efficacy data handling.
• Proven project coordination experience, including educating clinicians on protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals.
• Experience with Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) or other blood donation organizations is highly preferred.
