We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and proactive Business Project Manager to support the Founder in driving strategic projects and ensuring smooth execution across the company. This role will be critical in building systems, optimizing business processes, and coordinating key initiatives that support our growth — from launching new products to streamlining operations.

• Translate business goals into clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables

• Manage cross-functional projects (Marketing, Ops, Finance, Product) and ensure accountability

• Track milestones, anticipate bottlenecks, and follow up with stakeholders

• Lead coordination for key business initiatives like product launches and system upgrades

• Apply project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall as appropriate

• Build visual project plans using tools like Gantt charts or timelines for clarity and team alignment

• Document, organize, and improve company SOPs and business processes

• Map and streamline workflows across inventory, finance, and operations

• Implement automations using tools like Zapier, Google Apps Script, or ChatGPT API

• Identify bottlenecks and propose practical improvements

• Build and maintain dashboards to track business and project performance

• Consolidate inventory and finance data into clean, accessible formats

• Generate regular reports to support decision-making

• Oversee timelines and task coordination for product launches

• Source and liaise with suppliers or co-manufacturers, managing quotes, timelines, and follow-ups

• Ensure end-to-end tracking of sampling, packaging, and production

• Act as a strategic support to the Founder — prepare briefings, summaries, and follow-ups

• Organize meetings and ensure proper documentation and accountability

• Ensure cross-functional alignment on projects and strategic goals

• 2-4 years experience in project management, business operations, or as a founder's right hand

• Hands-on experience using project management tools (Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar)

• Familiarity with Gantt charts, Scrum ceremonies, or Kanban boards

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Confident working with data and building dashboards in Google Sheets/Data Studio

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills

• Experience in writing and managing SOPs, process flows, and team documentation

• Willing to relocate to Sukoharjo

• Bonus if you have experience in:

  • DTC brands, startups, or e-commerce

  • Sourcing or co-manufacturing

  • Workflow automation or low-code tools (Zapier, Airtable, Google Apps Script)
