What you’ll do:

• Support initiatives related to Flip Globe (international transfer), especially in liaising with the top users.
• Support daily tasks such as ad-hoc analysis and project updates for new and existing projects.
• Assist in monitoring business performance and project management and suggest improvements.

• Coordinate with other internal stakeholders (such as product and marketing) and external partners to ensure smooth coordination.

What you’ll need:

• Final-semester student or recent graduate from Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, verbal and written..
• Fast learner with the ability to understand complex systems and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• A self-starter and proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Comfortable both in working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with knowledge of data handling tools like pivot tables, formulas, and basic dashboards being a strong plus.
• Curious and enthusiastic about the fintech industry
