A minimum of three years previous experience in a similar roles.
Proven track record in Business Development & Sales.
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in business.
Proactive, ambitious, self-driven, and having strategic mindset.
Fluent in English both spoken and written is a must.
Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours.
Must have passport & driver's licence.
Present the business to potential clients through direct and digital communication.
Developing new business leads, contacts, and revenue streams.
Provide a high-quality service to potential and existing customers.
Maintain the Company's reputation as a leading supplier.
Responsible for generation of new leads and making suitable appointments. Motivated to ensure all sales opportunities are explored.
National, and International travel will be a major factor, and overnight stops may occasionally be required.
Successful sales process from lead generation, pitching the business, asking questions, pitching the solution, and closing the order.
Prepare proposals and specifications with the full support of the Sales team, and in accordance with company procedures.
To maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers and company staff
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across multiple locations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product distribution, inventory management and promotional activities.
Representing the business at industry events and trade shows in order to gain new business leads and contacts.
Comply with all relevant standards and work to the Company's ISO9001,45001 & ISO14001standards.
To comply with all Company procedures as defined in various documents including the Quality Manual, Staff Manual and Health & Safety Manual.
