Job Description - Identify potential corporate clients and actively reach out to offer Aksoro's coaching, training, and business service packages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct sales outreach through cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
- Present customized solutions to corporate clients (B2B), highlighting how Aksoro's services can address their business challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and close deals effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve and expand service offerings based on client needs.
Minimum Qualifications - Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in business consulting, coaching, or training services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Strong networking abilities and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Results-driven with a strong understanding of client relationship management.
- Willingness to be based in Yogyakarta and open to travel for client meetings when necessary.
