About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development professional to expand our client network and build sustainable business relationships.

This role will focus on client meetings, negotiations/deal closing, and consistent follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and long-term cooperation.

What You Will Do

a. Client Acquisition & Meetings

• Initiate communication and build strong relationships with prospective clients
• Arrange and attend meetings to understand client needs
• Present Amana's solutions and services in a professional manner

b. Negotiation & Deal Closing

• Prepare and deliver proposals tailored to client requirements
• Lead negotiations and secure agreements with clients
• Achieve deal closures while aligning with sales and business targets

c. Follow-Up & Relationship Management

• Perform regular follow-ups after meetings or presentations
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Provide updates and progress reports to the internal team

What You Need

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Previous experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build networks
• Target-driven and proactive in client follow-ups
• Owning private transportation is a plus
