As a Business Development professional in the Pharma Segment at Paxel, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth within the pharmaceutical and medical equipment logistics market. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and managing corporate clients to increase revenue and support the company's strategic objectives. This role demands a strong understanding of the pharma supply chain landscape, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to execute business initiatives effectively. You will be instrumental in expanding Paxel's presence in this highly regulated and competitive industry, ensuring alignment between client needs and internal capabilities, while maintaining a high standard of service and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the penetration into pharmaceutical and medical equipment shipping and supply chain sectors.

• Develop business and increase revenue to achieve strategic company goals.

• Identify market potential and design effective business development pipelines.

• Manage corporate clients as a Sales or Account Manager.

• Build strategic partnerships and identify potential corporate clients that align with Paxel's services.

• Solve client-related problems efficiently and ensure alignment between client needs and internal teams.

• Think strategically as part of the commercial team and bridge communication with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-year diploma (D3) education level.

• 4-5 years of experience working with distributors of pharmaceutical and medical device products, especially in logistics or supply chain.

• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and medical equipment markets, including competitors and customer needs.

• Proven track record of increasing sales and business growth.

• Strong enthusiasm, strategic thinking, and excellent execution ability.

• Able to maintain strong client relationships and grow business from existing customers.

• Proficient in English (verbal and written) - mandatory.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to analyze profit and loss to support business decision-making.
