What You Will Do

• Analyze market trends to identify potential expansion areas, develop market-specific strategies, and execute B2B outreach initiatives to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Support service provider (e.g., therapist) allocation to ensure availability and timely fulfillment, while assisting in reporting and tracking key performance metrics.
• Support day-to-day operational tasks including procurement and stock opname
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the smooth implementation of strategic initiatives

What You Will Need

• Final Year Student or Fresh Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel for data tracking and analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication and negotiation skills, especially in a B2B setting & Service Provider (e.g., therapist)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development & Operations Intern to support our commercial growth and daily operational needs. This role will provide hands-on experience in market analysis, partner management, procurement, and business strategy execution. You will work closely with our Commercial and Operations team to identify new market opportunities and help optimize service performance.

About the Team

You will be part of the Pinhome Home Service team, with a strong focus on the Massage and Home Spa verticals. This is a hybrid role based in the South Jakarta area with once-a-week on-site work (WFO), where you will work closely with the Category Owner for Massage and Home Spa to support daily operations, growth initiatives, and strategic execution.
