About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Kamadjaja Logistics as a Business Development Manager for Contract Logistics (3PL). You will play a key role in driving the company's growth and expansion in the warehousing, storage and distribution sector. As a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for securing new clients and managing existing customer relationships to deliver strategic business outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively identify, prospect and engage with potential clients to understand their logistics needs

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to win new contract logistics business

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximise customer satisfaction and retention

  • Collaborate closely with operations and other internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of logistics solutions

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

  • Provide strategic input to the leadership team on growth initiatives and new service offerings

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in the logistics/supply chain industry

  • Strong understanding of contract logistics (3PL) services and the ability to craft customised solutions

  • Proven track record of winning new business and maintaining long-term client relationships

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared objectives

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field

  • Will be placed in South Jakarta
