Role OverviewThe Business Development Manager plays a strategic and cross-functional role in driving growth across Cloud and Data Center products/services/solutions. This role is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and executing business development plans across diverse sectors such as government, bank and financial services, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, energy, telecommunication, etc.
The manager is expected to lead the full business development lifecycle, including market research, partner and customer engagement, solution positioning, joint go-to-market planning, and project execution. The role involves managing end-to-end sales cycles, overseeing ecosystem development, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders, including partners, system integrators, distributors, EPC firms, and hyper-scaler vendors.
Key Responsibilities🔹 Strategic Business Development & Market ExpansionDevelop and execute business development strategies to drive growth across cloud, digital power, and ICT infrastructure portfolios.
Identify new market opportunities in priority sectors such as government, BFSI, energy, manufacturing, logistics, telecom, and digital-native enterprises.
Conduct deep market and customer analysis to build insight-driven account development plans.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification and proposal development to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.
Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of channel partners, including system integrators (SIs), ISVs, MSPs, resellers, and EPC players.
Design and execute enablement programs to strengthen partner capabilities across pre-sales, technical, and commercial dimensions.
Collaborate with partners to co-create industry solutions, drive joint business planning, and enhance value propositions.
Monitor partner performance and support lifecycle management to ensure long-term collaboration and channel success.
Establish and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers to understand business goals and pain points.
Craft tailored solutions aligned to customer needs by collaborating with internal technical teams, partners, and delivery units.
Lead solution presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and position differentiated offerings to influence buying decisions.
Promote long-term client engagement through trust-based relationship building and value-based selling.
Match customer and market demands with appropriate cloud, infrastructure, and energy-efficient digital power solutions.
Design competitive and scalable proposals for hybrid cloud, modular data centers, power backup (UPS, SmartLi), cooling, and DCIM.
Lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives alongside internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, engineering) and external partners.
Build pricing models, ROI projections, and solution delivery plans to meet both customer requirements and commercial objectives.
Coordinate with internal delivery, operations, and technical support teams to ensure successful project rollout and handover.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with SLAs and quality standards.
Track project milestones, manage risks, and proactively resolve escalations to protect customer satisfaction and revenue targets.
Support post-implementation reviews, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Facilitate collaboration across business units (product, finance, legal, technical) to deliver unified customer and partner experiences.
Champion internal resource allocation and issue resolution to remove roadblocks and drive execution efficiency.
Contribute feedback to product and solution teams to help improve offerings based on field experience and customer insights.
Location: Jakarta Selatan
Education: Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with proven experience in Business Development or related functions within the ICT industry, particularly with cloud products and services
Industry: IT/ICT/Telecommunications

Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
