About the RoleAden Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in South Jakarta and beyond. This role demands not only strong commercial acumen but also hands-on exposure to Integrated Facility Management (IFM), including soft services (catering, cleaning, security) and hard services (technical maintenance, utilities, infrastructure).
You will be responsible for driving B2B sales, managing key client relationships, and collaborating with project teams on both remote site (mining, oil & gas, industrial camps) and non-remote corporate facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across IFM and Camp Services
Develop tailored proposals, manage tendering processes, and negotiate contracts
Build and maintain trusted client relationships at executive level
Translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions with support from engineering teams
Collaborate with project teams on camp construction, mobilization, and renewable energy projects
Monitor market trends and align solutions with client and industry needs
Drive sustainable growth through pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue reporting.
What We're Looking For
5-7 years' proven experience in B2B sales & business development, ideally in Facilities Management & Camp Services (remote and non-remote)
Track record in managing client portfolios and achieving sales growth in competitive markets
Familiarity with IFM delivery (soft & hard services), technical maintenance, and infrastructure projects
Ability to read & understand engineering drawings (MEP & Civil) to support client discussions
Strong knowledge of contract negotiations, pricing structures, tendering, and P&L impact
Skilled communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing ability
Adaptable, with proven success in both remote industrial environments and corporate facility settings
Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management/data analytics tools
