- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Business, Communication, or Information Technology.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, particularly in the technology, SaaS, telecommunications, or digital solutions industry.
- Excellent communication, persuasive, and negotiation skills.
- An understanding of API services, WhatsApp Business, OTP, and digital communication concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work towards targets in a dynamic environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in selling B2B (business-to-business) solutions.
- Possesses a wide network in the fintech, e-commerce, or large corporate sectors.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or others.
Key Responsibilities1. New Customer Identification and Acquisition
- Identify potential client prospects from various industries (fintech, e-commerce, telco, healthcare, etc.).
- Conduct outreach, product presentations, and negotiations to close new deals.
- Prepare proposals and business solutions tailored to client needs.2.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure optimal customer onboarding and retention.
- Proactively follow up on client needs and feedback.3.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends related to digital communication platforms.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies for product and price differentiation.4.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with product, technical, and customer support teams to devise solutions that are technically feasible and commercially attractive.
- Communicate market needs to internal teams for product development.5.
Reporting and Targets
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Regularly create and submit reports on pipelines, forecasts, and business activities to your supervisor.
