Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive
Business Consultant
with deep expertise in PT PMA establishment and Indonesian business regulations. This is a key client-facing role where you will be the primary expert addressing clients throughout their entire company setup process. The ideal candidate is not only a regulatory expert but also a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Consultation & Lead Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for qualified leads, conducting in-depth consultations to understand their business objectives and advise on the optimal PT PMA structure.
- Proactively follow up on all new leads, leveraging strong sales skills to convert inquiries into clients primarily through WhatsApp communication.
- Build trust and manage client relationships from initial inquiry through to successful company establishment.
- Maintain structured follow-ups and clear communication to ensure client confidence and engagement.
Expertise & Process Management:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end process of PT PMA company establishment, ensuring full compliance with all Indonesian regulations.
- Prepare, review, and manage all required legal documentation with precision and attention to detail.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, and relevant government institutions to facilitate smooth and efficient proceedings.
Digital Operations & Coordination:
- Expertly manage and track all client cases, documentation, and deadlines using our digital workflow tools (Notion, ClickUp, etc.).
- Work effectively in a hybrid model, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and office collaboration.
- Ensure our digital systems are accurately maintained as the single source of truth for all client information.
REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Consultant, Legal Consultant, or similar role with a focus on
PT PMA company establishment
in Indonesia. - Deep, practical knowledge of Indonesian business regulations, specifically the BKPM process and related corporate legalities.
- Exceptional command of English (both spoken and written) is mandatory for client communication.
- Based in Bali and able to work in a hybrid setup (relocating candidates must be already in Bali or have immediate plans to relocate).
Essential Skills:
- Tech-Savvy:
Highly comfortable and proficient with remote collaboration tools and
client communication platforms like WhatsApp
. Prior experience with
Notion and/or ClickUp is a significant advantage. - Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulations clearly and confidently,
and the persuasive ability to sell services effectively. - Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities,
with a proven resilience to work under pressure. - Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
