About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia as a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's strategic initiatives and driving continuous improvement within the business. This is a full-time position based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
Requirements Expert: Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, concise, and actionable functional and non-functional requirements for our retail initiatives.
System Integrator: Define detailed API specifications and data mapping to ensure seamless integration across our core AS/400 system, Laravel D2C website, Out Systems applications, and other third-party retail tools.
Process Optimizer: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance our operations, from customer journeys to backend processes, using innovative technology solutions.
Technical Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (e.g., retail operations, marketing) and our development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Solution Collaborator: Work closely with development teams, especially those utilizing Out Systems for rapid application development and Laravel for our customer-facing platforms.
Quality Assurer: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that deployed solutions accurately meet defined business requirements and perform optimally in a retail environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT Information Technology.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the Information & Communication Technology industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into business-friendly terms.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry would be an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in fast paced, agile environment.
Experience with API integration concepts and data mapping.
Experience with low code development platforms like Out Systems.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and retail business process.
Familiar with AS400 or other legacy core systems is an advantage.
