We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring that every internal development initiative aligns with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Analysis: Gather and document business needs from various stakeholders.

• Business Process Modeling: Analyze existing processes (as-is) and design more efficient future processes (to-be).

• Functional Specifications: Develop user stories, flowcharts, and technical documentation as references for development.

• Communication Bridge: Act as the main liaison between business units and IT/development teams.

• Solution Validation: Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase to ensure that the developed solution meets user expectations.

• 1st Layer Support: Serve as the initial contact for application-related issues and perform first-level filtering before escalating to the next layer or development team.

• Data Analysis: Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.

• Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical thinking in identifying root causes and solving problems systematically.

• Experience providing first-level support for system/user inquiries or issues.

• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.

• Skilled in creating both business and technical documentation (BRD, FSD, user stories, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Jira, Visio, or similar tools.

• Ability to write basic SQL queries.

• Understanding of APIs, microservices, and basic technical concepts.

• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.).

• Experience in the automotive industry.
