Responsibilities:

Responsible for collecting and analyzing business requirements, supporting process improvement initiatives, and monitoring operational performance through reports, dashboards, and KPIs. The role also supports cost analysis, supply chain and logistics monitoring, system enhancement projects, documentation, user training, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and HSSE standards.

Job Description:

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support business process mapping and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor operational and financial performance.
• Conduct basic cost analysis and support budgeting or forecasting activities.
• Monitor supply chain and logistics performance, including freight cost efficiency, shipment tracking, and vendor performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to support system enhancements or digital transformation initiatives (ERP, SCM, TMS tools).
• Support project activities such as user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and user training.
• Prepare presentations and summaries for management and operational review meetings.
• Ensure business processes align with industry regulations and HSSE standards where applicable.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in Mining, Freight Forwarding/Logistics, or Oil & Gas industries.
• Basic understanding of operational workflows such as:
• Mining operations and contractor management
• Freight forwarding processes and shipping documentation
• Oil & gas supply chain or project-based environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL or data querying is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness to travel or work on-site when required
