Requirements
* Min. 2–3 years experience in branding/creative (agency, consultancy, or in house brand/marketing).
* Deep branding expertise: positioning, brand architecture, brand voice, identity systems, and differentiation.
* Sharp analysis: able to run brand audits and competitor analysis; distill findings into strategic recommendations (segmentation, value proposition, brand key).
* Impactful strategy craft: develop brand direction, messaging frameworks, brand story, and brand strategy, translate into creative briefs and digital channels (e-commerce).
* Team communication & creative direction: able to brief, align, and guide designers and copy/e-commerce partners, facilitate reviews, set quality, provide structured feedback, and ensure consistent execution across channels.
* Confident communicator: compelling storytelling, persuasive pitching/presentations to stakeholders, skilled at simplifying complex ideas into clear narratives.
* QC discipline: meticulous and organized, uses checklists, pre flight reviews, and version control to prevent misses, validates specs, copy, links, and assets before release, maintains file structure and naming.
* Project rigor: disciplined with deadlines, prioritization, and documentation. writes crisp briefs. Familiar with Asana/Notion/Jira/Trello.
* Mindset: strong problem-solving, growth mindset, and integrity in execution.
* Supporting tools: Google Workspace, Miro, Excel.
* Design literacy & tools: proficient with Adobe CC (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign); able to provide clear, actionable art-direction feedback and uphold brand systems.

* Experience in a branding/marketing agency or consultancy.
* Portfolio showcasing brand strategy, messaging, and campaigns with measurable business impact.
