About the role
As the Brand Marketing Manager (FMCG/Retail) at PT Kartika Sari Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and execution of our brand marketing initiatives. Based in our Bandung, West Java office, this full-time position will see you leading the development and implementation of innovative brand campaigns that captivate our target audiences and elevate our brand presence within the FMCG/Retail industry.
What you'll be doing
Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to achieve business and sales objectives
Lead the creation of compelling and impactful marketing content, including advertising, digital campaigns, and promotional materials
Oversee the end-to-end management of brand-building activities, such as product launches, events, and sponsorships
Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to inform data-driven decision making
Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and synergy
Monitor and report on key brand performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing or product marketing within the FMCG/Retail industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful, ROI-driven brand marketing strategies
Excellent creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate consumer insights into impactful campaigns
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, email, and web analytics
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
