We are looking for a Brand Marketing and Program Specialist who is creative, communicative, and passionate about building impactful brand experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, driving brand campaigns, and executing engaging events that strengthen our company's presence.
Job Description:
Manage and execute marketing events, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
Transform management input and ideas into measurable marketing strategies, concepts, or programs.
Handle multiple internal and external events in line with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to support marketing strategies.
Prepare campaign/event reports and provide recommendations to improve brand and marketing performance.
Design, implement, and evaluate marketing programs to strengthen the company's brand.
Manage branding activities, digital and offline campaigns, ensuring brand identity consistency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.3.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or event management.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, event marketing, and consumer insight.
Creative, communicative, and analytical thinker with the ability to develop effective marketing programs.
Experienced in managing marketing projects/campaigns and events from planning to evaluation.
Strong teamwork, multitasking, coordination, and presentation skills.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
