The Brand Executive serves as a key driver in translating brand strategy into impactful execution, guiding initiatives from planning through activation. This role ensures cohesive brand messaging across every consumer touchpoint, while supporting campaign development with creative precision and strategic insight. By aligning storytelling with cultural relevance and emotional depth, the Brand Specialist helps the brand connect meaningfully with its audience.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Execution & Consistency
Implement brand guidelines across all marketing channels and assets
Ensure visual, verbal, and experiential consistency in all brand communications
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand integrity
Campaign Support
Assist in the development and rollout of brand campaigns, product launches (NPD/EPD), and seasonal initiatives
Coordinate with creative, digital, and media teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Market & Consumer Insight
Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends
Support consumer research initiatives to understand audience behavior and preferences
Translate insights into brand-relevant actions and messaging
Asset Development
Brief and managing production of brand assets including packaging, POS materials, digital content, and merchandise
Review and refine creative outputs to ensure alignment with brand tone and objectives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, in-house designer, legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment across departments
Support training and onboarding materials to educate internal teams on brand values and messaging
